Besan barfi (barfee) or Besan ki barfi or Besan Chakki (Hindi: बेसन की बर्फ़ी/बेसन चक्की is a barfi sweet from the Indian subcontinent. Besan ki barfi is made with besan (gram flour), condensed milk and sugar. Besan Barfi is Indian gram flour fudge with chopped nuts.

Instructions to make Makhna and besan barfi:
  1. For makhna barfi, take the ingredients like makhna,Coconut powder,cardamon,peanut,and sugar. Heat the ghee in a kadhai and roast the makhna till it's turn light brown and crispy, along with badam.
  2. Next switch off the flame. And grind the makhna and peanut and make a smooth powder.
  3. Boil 1 cup of water in a kadhai add the cardamon, with 1 cup sugar and let it dissolve and melt the sugar,instantly add the makhna,and peanut powder,and saute for a min and switch off the flame. Take out the makhna and greased them in a plate.Mix and garnish with pistachios and badam with slit cut and fridge them for 1 hour and cut it into a desired shapes. Your makhna barfi is ready.
  4. For besan barfi:Heat 1/2 cup ghee in a kadhai,add besan,and fry till it's aroma smell come outand turn till golden brown,it will take 10 to 15 mins.
  5. Now add powdered sugar,and cardamon powder,and stir for sometime. Meanwhile heat 1 cup of sugar, and melts.as soon as it melt,pour the sugar syrup over the besan.and mix it properly. Now greased the thali with little bit of ghee and keep firm the besan.Mix pistachios nicely.and keep aside and let it coolvand cut it into your desired shapes.
  6. For suji ladoo, heat the suji with 1tablespoon of ghee,add sugar powder peanut,and cardamon powder. Roast the suji till it's light brown and mix the milk given and stir for sometime. and switch off the flame. And let it cool for sometime. And make ladoos round shape.
  7. For badam kheer, take a bowl,add 100 gms badam, with water and soaked for 3 to 4 hrs.Peel the skin of badam and blend it into a fine powder. Add 100 gms milk and blend it to a smooth paste and keep aside.
  8. Take a heavy bottom pan,1.2 litre milk and stir properly with a spoon. Add 1tablespoon of cardamon powder and mix well. Bring it to a boil for 7to 10 mins. On a medium heat. Then add the badam paste and mix properly. Bring it to a boil again.now add the sugar and mix it well.cook for 5 to 10 mins on a medium flame.Garnish it with pistachios. Badam kheer is ready in a min.
  9. For besan ladoo:heat 3tablespoon of ghee or butter in a kadhai,add 2 cups besan,and saute for a min. Stir for sometime. For about 5 to 10 mins around next add 1 cup sugar and mix well add 1 tablespoon cardamon powder. And mix well. Stir till it's raw smell of mixture goes away.till it's done.Now switch off the flame. And take out the besan mixture from the kadhai,and let it cool for sometime. Then make a round shape ladoos and serve.
  10. Methai thali is ready to serve.
