3. Add in wine, stir and cover for another 3 minutes.
5. Add in salt and pepper to taste. Toss gently.
6. Drain and add pasta to pan and toss to coat well.
7. Serve with fresh shave parmagiana cheese or serve plain, with fresh slices of crusty bread. Enjoy!!
