Instructions to make Aloo Palak:
  1. Sb se pehly patili mein cooking oil ko garam karen phir us mein lehsan bareek chop kar ke dalen or golden brown hone take fry karen,
  2. Jab ye golden brown ho jaey to us mein palak dalen, (Palak ko pehly kat ke achy se dhoo lein phir stainer mein rakh dein ta ke us ka pani nikal jaey)
  3. Palak dalne ke bad is mein kutti hue lal mirch, namak, haldi or green chilli ka paste dalen,
  4. Phir is ko achy se mix kar ke dhak ke 15-20 mint take pakaen ta ke palak ka sara pani khushk ho jaey,
  5. 15-20 mint bad is mein alu dalen or mix kar ke dobara dhak ke pakaen 5-6 mint ta ke alu gal jaey,
  6. 5-6 mint bad check karen ke alu galy ya nahi ager alu gal jaen to us mein milk dalen or 2-3 mint tak bhunnen (Milk dalne se palak ki lase khatam ho jati hy or ye bohot achi banti hn)
  7. Bhuneny ke bad is mein 1/2 cup pani dal ke 2-3 mint tak dam pe rakh dein,
  8. Then is ko dish out karen or is pe butter dalen, Mazedar Alu palak Taiyar hy.
