Get 3 cups maida / all-purpose flour
Take 1/2 tbsp Ajwain
Prepare To taste Salt

Take 2 chopped onions
Get 4 tbsp chopped ginger & garlic

Take 3-4 tbsp fried peanuts

Steps to make Aloo Samosa:
Make a (not so soft) dough with refined / all-purpose flour / maida, by adding 3 tbsp ghee/oil, salt & ajwain & water. Then cover the dough & give it a rest for 30mins
Now hit a pan add 2tbsp of oil. Add onion, ginger garlic & chopped & potatoes and fry till the potatoes become soft by adding all other spices.
After that make chapattis from the dough cut it half & make cone for samosa by adding potatoes filling.
Take a kadhai. Add oil or ghee to fry Samosa. After that add ready Samosa cones to the oil or ghee in medium hit. Fry till golden brown.
