2. अब आप एक कटोरी चीनी में दो कटोरी दूध डाल कर उसकी चाशनी मीडियम आच पर चाशनी तैयार करे । उस में भुना चना दाल पाउडर डाल कर धीरे-धीरे मिक्स करे हलवा जैसे पर थोड़ा और सुखा होना चाहिए
3. अब ऊपर से दो टेबल चम्मच घी डाल उस में मिक्स करके गैस बन्द कर दे। इसे पहले आप बर्फी जमाने के लिए घी लगा कर एक ट्रे तैयार कर दे। अब आप इस ट्रे में गरम गरम मटेरियल डाल कर के ड्राई फरुट ऊपर से डाल कर 2-3 घंटे जमने के लिए छोड़ दें।
4. लीजिए आप की बर्फी तैयार है। अब आप इसे अपने मन चाहे आकारों में काटे। यह दिखने में अच्छी और खाने में स्वाद है।
