  4. Grind them till smooth and thick.
  5. Add the remaining of the rice at a time and grind with water to get a smooth paste.

  7. Add water to make the consistency thick but easy to scoop.
  8. Heat a pan and pour one scoop of the mix and spread in a circular motion till liquid batter disappears.
  9. As it gets cooked sprinkle ghee on top and let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  10. Take it out and serve with chutney.

It is unlike other dosas as it is made instantly and quick with sooji. Rava dosa is a delectably crispy dosa that can be prepared instantly, without the need for any fermentation.
