Make the stuffing. In a kadhai take grated paneer, milk pdr and sugar.Heat it at slow fire till they all mix well.
Now add pishta,chironji and elaichi pdr.Mix well.
Filling is ready.
For the crust knead maida and suji with ghee and water.Keep for half an hour.
Make equal balls of dough.
To make flower shape roll the ball and cut into a square.
Bring all four corners in the centre and turn it.
Keep the filling on it.
Bring again four corners in the centre.
Pull out all four loose ends from beneath.
