I have to tell you that this pudding was much better than the custard and required no baking. Coconut cream is similar to coconut milk, but is thicker and creamy.   2. Cut the half of the coconut and blend it with 1 cup of water, sieve it to get the milk. Before u blend it cut it like this to save your blender
  3. In a pot mix the coconut milk with your powdered milk,water and set it on fire let it boil for about 5mins before you add the other half of the coconut.
  4. Grate the half of your coconut and add it to the pot with your blended ginger and let it cook for about 5mins(peel and blend the ginger with small amount of water.)
  5. Keep on stirring it to avoid pouring and don't cover the pot if not u're going to lose everything.
  6. Mix your corn flour with some water and lemon juice pour it to the pot of the milk on fire and keep stirring it until thick enough add your sugar and flavour to your taste.
  7. Into a cup pour your creamy coconut and milky kunu sprinkle some coconut and cinnamon on it and enjoy it hot or chill. you can also add Cinnamon when the kunu is still on fire.
  8. If you don't wants to serve it hot your can refrigerate it.
  9. You can also do it without greated coconut. Like this
