Put kadhai on flame add ghee in it
Add cumin seeds mustard seeds and curry leaves and allow it to crakel
Now put green chilli and ginger garlic paste and fry for 1 minute
Add onion and fry till it become light brown
Now add crushed corn kernels in it and fry on medium flame for 5 minutes stir continually
Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder coriander powder and salt in it and mix well cook for 2 minutes
Put tomatoes cook for 5 more minutes
Add milk and cook for 5 minutes
Milky corn is ready to eat serve hot with fulka naan or any other Indian breads.
