Take 250 gms puff pastry sheet
Prepare 100 gms potatoes cubes boiled
Take 25 gms french beans

Steps to make Aloo Patties:
Take oil in a pan. Add zeera and zeera powder and cook it until it crackles.
Add carrots and cook for 5 mins.
Add beans and cook for 2-3 mins.
Add all spices except salt.
Add mashed boiled potatoes and mix well. Cook for further 5 mins and switch off the flame and keep aside and let it cool.
Roll out puff pastry sheets to 1/4 inch thickness. Cut in 5" square.
Add potato filling in centre of each square.
Apply some water on all the edges and fold it in triangle shape and press from edges to seal the pattie.
Arrange on a baking tray giving at least 2 inches of space in each piece.
Bake at 200*c for 20 min in a preheated oven and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
