  1. First in a pan add ghee, then add all the dry fruits and just saute it. Keep it aside.
  2. In the same pan add the bay leaf and whole garam masala.
  3. Then add the sugar and stir fry it. Then add the pre soaked rice.
  4. Mix it well. Now add the kesar. Salt to taste.
  5. Now add 2 cup of milk and the water as required. Now let it cook.
  6. When 90% of it is cooked add the dry fruits.
