  2. In another pan add oil and all the whole spices, add chopped onion and sauté till it’s pink, add ginger garlic paste and slit green chillies. Cook till it’s raw smell goes away.
  3. Add coriander powder and sauté till oil separates.
  4. In a grinder add soaked walnut, yogurt and caramelised onion and grind into a smooth paste.
  5. Add this paste to the pan and cook for 5 minutes on medium to low flame. Add boiled mutton pieces and sauté on high flame. Add water according to your desired consistency of the gravy.
