The ingredients needed to make Vanilla Crêpes:
  1. Prepare all purpose flour
  2. Take milk
  3. Make ready eggs
  4. Take sugar
  5. Make ready salt
  6. Get vanilla essence
  7. Prepare melted margarine
Steps to make Vanilla Crêpes:
  1. In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients
  2. In a separate bowl beat the eggs and add all the remaining wet ingredients and mix well
  3. Make a well in the middle of the flour, then add the wet ingredients gradually. Using a hand whisk mix everything together to have a very light batter. If it's not light enough, you can add more milk.
  4. On a medium heat, heat the pan till it becomes hot. Put a very small amount of margarine and pour some batter, i used a 1/2 a cup to scoop the mixture.
  5. Tilt it till it's all covered in the pan. Cook for about 1min, by this time it should have a brown colour. Carefully turn it over because it's very delicate.
  6. Repeat till you are done. I used red plum jam for garnish. ENJOY!!
